URC1211: How do I move a function from one key to another on my Essence TV remote?

To move a particular key within the same device mode:

1. Press and hold the SETUP key until the light blinks twice. 
2. Enter code 994, the light will blink twice.
3. Press the key to move once.
4. Press the key to overwrite once, the light will blink twice.
