URC1921: I cannot control my Sharp TV with the Sharp replacement remote (not even partially). Why?

Some Sharp TV’s are controlled with a remote by Radio Frequency (RF).

Our Sharp replacement remote controls via Infrared (IR) and does not support RF.

Please check your TV’s manual if your TV is controlled via Infrared. If your TV works with Infrared, but the replacement remote still does not, please contact our support team:
