URC1911: The Home button does not bring up the Home menu which included streaming apps like Netflix?

  1. While pointing towards the TV with the power on, hold down the Red and Blue buttons until the LED blinks twice
  2. Now hold down the Home button. It will send the current function first and this will probably bring up the Options menu. Ignore this and keep holding it down. After 3 seconds you should see the Home menu pop up.
  3. Release the key and the LED should blink twice, and from now on that key should bring up the Home menu.
